During studying the system of POL-antioxidant protection the increase of activity of enzyme of catalase antioxidizing protection primary link of 15 % was discovered. Whereas the concentration of components of nonenzymatic antioxidant protection in blood plasma was increasing (vitamin A - of 27%, vitamin E - of 28%, vitamin C - of 31%), including the approved BAC into food intake also contributed to decrease of the level of primary and secondary products of POL in blood plasma.
